"Elsebeth Lavold’s Silky Wool is my ‘desert island’ yarn - the one I would choose if I could only have one yarn for the rest of my life. It works beautifully for cables and lace, and also works well in fair isle / stranded knitting. It makes garments with gorgeous drape, but at the same time is sturdy enough for socks." --Ravelry user thomasina

Completed a summer tee and still working on another full length sleeve sweater in this yarn. Once you get used to the consistency of it, it knits up beautifully. Love it. Would use again.

Love this yarn for toy making
The silk combo in the fibre makes for a very soft yet durable fabric on a toy. The yarn defines stitches beautifully. Highly recommend.
