Workshop is held in the Studio at Purlin' J's Yarn Emporium, 2-675 Arlington Park Place, Kingston, Ontario.
Make this beautiful wave-patterned crochet summer top! You need the pattern as well as either one or two cakes of 100% cotton Queensland Rainbow Cake yarn and a 2.75mm crochet hook. Stitch markers are recommended.
Crochet experience is recommended such as knowing how to make a slip knot, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and slip stitch. Maria will guide you with help reading the pattern and pointing out what to watch for while working up the top, and answer your general questions as you go. In the second class, she covers how to put finishing touches on your top, such as blocking and weaving in ends.
In this workshop you will gain confidence in making a wearable crochet design as well as enjoy companionship throughout the sessions.

About Maria:
I am a 28-year-old administrator in an audiologist office. I crochet, sometimes knit, bake and cook, sew, quilt, cross stitch, and make pottery in my wheel. I just started spinning after finding an antique spinning wheel and loving the journey. I love sharing my passions and hobbies and I love my dog shally; she is a dachshund and jack russell mix and keeps us on our toes.
