Design your own colourwork yoke following our versatile recipe. You’ll also learn about choosing a colour palette, yarn dominance in fair isle, and how to knit fair isle with two hands. If you come with the body and sleeves of the sweater already complete, you can get knitting on your yoke design during the class, if not, we’ll get you started with charts and a swatch hat!

Supplies to Bring:
Graph paper, pencil, stranded colourwork stitch dictionary if desired, DK weight yarn in a few colours for swatching or casting on a hat.
About the Instructor:
Alexa Ludeman is the co-founder of Tin Can Knits, a knit design company that specializes in clean, modern designs and seamless constructions. Their patterns can be enjoyed on every level.
Alexa lives in her hometown of Port Moody, Canada with her husband Gary and three kids: Hunter, Jones and Bodhi. With a background in teaching and photography, she brings a discerning eye and a creative flair to Tin Can Knits.
